PBX Products Management - Creating Plans

Plan Components:
  • Extensions, DIDs, trunks, SMS
  • Rate cards and features
  • Billing cycles and pricing
Setup Steps:
  1. Navigate: "PBX Products → Plans"
  2. Click "Add New Plan"
  3. Configure:
    • Basic Info: Name, description, price, billing cycle
    • Service Limits: Extensions, DIDs, concurrent calls
    • Features: Voicemail, recording, IVR, queues
    • Rate Cards: Domestic and international rates
