Creating New Customers - Onboarding Process

Setup Steps:
  1. Navigate: "Customers"
  2. Click "New Customer"
  3. Configure:
    • My Account Details: Customer ID, Plan, Email, Address
    • Account Holder Details: First Name, Last Name
    • Business Details: Company, ABN, Address
    • Service Address Details: Location Name, Address (put the correct/valid unit number, street number, street name, suburb, postcode), if you are putting incorrect address you want be able to save the customer
