- Navigate: "Invoices"
- Click "Create New Invoice"
- Choose Your Customer
- Add Invoice Basic: Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Currency
- For Add What You're Selling, Click "Add Item" button,
- Use Existing Items:
- Search for your product/service in the dropdown
- Set quantity (how many)
- Price appears automatically
- Add description if needed
- Add Custom Item:
- Choose "Custom Item" from dropdown
- Type item name (what you're selling)
- Enter description (what it includes)
- Set quantity and price
- Use Existing Items:
- For Handle Taxes of each line items,
- Click the "Tax" dropdown
- Choose your tax rate (GST 10%, VAT 20%, etc.)
- System calculates tax automatically
- For Save Invoice
- "SAVE" - Save as draft (edit later, not sent to customer)
- "SAVE & SEND LATER" - Finalize and send via email when ready
- "SAVE & RECORD PAYMENT" - If customer pays immediately
