Creating New Invoice ? (Manual)

All invoices are generated automatically by the billing software. However, if you need to create an invoice manually for urgent cases, please follow the steps below.(Ex- create an invoice for hardware sold)

Setup Steps:
  1. Navigate: "Invoices"
  2. Click "Create New Invoice"
  3. Choose Your Customer
  4. Add Invoice Basic: Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Currency
  5. For Add What You're Selling, Click "Add Item" button,
    1. Use Existing Items:
      1. Search for your product/service in the dropdown
      2. Set quantity (how many)
      3. Price appears automatically
      4. Add description if needed
    2. Add Custom Item:
      1. Choose "Custom Item" from dropdown
      2. Type item name (what you're selling)
      3. Enter description (what it includes)
      4. Set quantity and price
  6. For Handle Taxes of each line items,
    1. Click the "Tax" dropdown
    2. Choose your tax rate (GST 10%, VAT 20%, etc.)
    3. System calculates tax automatically
  7. For Save Invoice
    1. "SAVE" - Save as draft (edit later, not sent to customer)
    2. "SAVE & SEND LATER" - Finalize and send via email when ready
    3. "SAVE & RECORD PAYMENT" - If customer pays immediately
