How to Use Call Parking?

Step 1: Make or Receive a Call

  • Call another extension OR

  • Answer an incoming call.


Step 2: Park the Call

  1. While on the call, press Transfer or Attended Transfer.

  2. Enter a parking slot number:

    *5901 – *5999
    

    (Example: *5909)

  3. Confirm the transfer.

The call is now parked in that slot.


Step 3: Inform the Recipient

Let the intended person know:

“Please pick up the call on *5909.”


Step 4: Retrieve the Parked Call

  1. From any extension, dial the same parking slot number.

    Example: *5909
    
  2. Press Call.

The parked call will now connect to that extension.
