Step 1: Make or Receive a Call

Call another extension OR

Answer an incoming call.
Step 2: Park the Call

While on the call, press Transfer or Attended Transfer.

Enter a parking slot number:
*5901 – *5999(Example:
*5909) -
Confirm the transfer.
The call is now parked in that slot.
Step 3: Inform the Recipient
Let the intended person know:
“Please pick up the call on *5909.”
Step 4: Retrieve the Parked Call

From any extension, dial the same parking slot number.
Example: *5909 -
Press Call.
The parked call will now connect to that extension.
