How to setup Time Conditions?

Setup Steps:
  1. Navigate: "Time Conditions"
  2. Click "Add Time Condition"
  3. Fill up the details as per your needed. You will need to select the days of the week and hour/time to complete the setup for your time conditions,
  4. eg a business operates from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and they would like to answer the call from 9am onwards so the opening for the time switch shall be routed to ring group or IVR or an extension, and the closing of the time switch can be routed to a voicemail.
  5. Click Add Time Condition to complete your set up.
