How to setup a Call Queue?

Setup Steps:
  1. Navigate: "Call Queue"
    • Setup Call Center Agents
      • Click Manage Agents
      • Click "Add Call Center Agents"
      • Fill up the details as per your needed
      • Click "Add Call Center Agents"
      • Click "Back to Call Queue"
  2. Click "Add Call Queue"
  3. Fill up the details as per your needed
  4. Click Add Call Queue
