How to set IVR options?

Setup Steps:
  1. Navigate: "IVR Menus"
  2. Click "Add IVR Menu"
  3. Fill:
    • Basic Settings: IVR Name, Extension
    • Announcement: Select from dropdown: Choose pre-recorded greeting
    • Exit Action: Choose Options
      • Transfer to operator/extension
      • Route to voicemail
      • Play message and repeat
      • Transfer to call queue
      • Connect to another IVR menu
    • Options: Setup IVR Options:
      • Option: 1, 2, 3... 9
      • Destination: Specific extension, queue, or service
      • Order: 1, 2, 3... 9
  4. Click Add IVR Menu
