How to configure extension on MIcroSIP?

  1. Download & Install
    1. Go to the official site: https://www.microsip.org
    2. Download the installer (Portable or Full version).
    3. Install or run the portable executable.
  2. Open Account Settings
    1. Launch MicroSIP.
    2. Go to the menu (three lines in the top left) → Add Account.
  3. Enter SIP Account Details (these usually come from your VoIP provider, like VCP Phones):
    1. Account name: Any label you like (e.g., “Work Phone”).
    2. SIP server: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    3. SIP proxy: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    4. Username: XXXXXX
    5. Domain: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    6. Login: XXXXXXXX
    7. Password: XXXXXXXX
    8. Save & Register
    9. Click Save.
    10. In the bottom right corner, you should see the account status go green (Registered).
  4. Make a Test Call
    1. Dial a number (e.g., your mobile).
    2. If you hear audio both ways, setup is complete.
