How to change the Hold Music?

Setup Steps:
  1. Navigate: "Hold Music"
  2. Click "Add Hold Music Playlist"
  3. Fill:
    • Sound File Name: Enter file name you want to display
    • Choose Audio File: Choose file you want to set for Hold Music
  4. Click Submit
  5. If you want to set default Music Hold:
    1. Click "Change Primary Playlist"
    2. Choose your uploaded file form the Primary Playlist
    3. Click Submit
